White Labelling
Coming soon β Enterprise plan.
White labelling lets enterprise customers replace all Stirling-QR branding throughout the dashboard with their own logo, company name, colours, and domain β ideal for agencies managing client workspaces or enterprises who want a branded internal tool.
What white labelling covers
Logo: replace the Stirling-QR logo with your own in the navbar and emails. App name: change 'Stirling-QR' to your company or product name. Primary colour: set your brand colour for buttons, highlights, and accents throughout the interface. Favicon: use your own browser tab icon. Dashboard subdomain: host the dashboard at qr.yourbrand.com instead of the Stirling-QR domain.
Configuring white labelling
Go to Dashboard β Settings β Branding. Upload your logo, enter your app name, set a hex colour, upload a favicon, and optionally configure a custom dashboard subdomain. Changes apply immediately to your workspace β team members see the updated branding on their next login.
Emails sent to your team
Invitation emails, notification emails, and support correspondence sent from your workspace will use your logo and app name rather than Stirling-QR branding. The sending domain remains Stirling-QR's for deliverability unless a custom email domain is configured (Enterprise add-on).
Who can see the branding
White label branding is visible to all members of your organisation within the dashboard. External links (QR redirect URLs) are not affected by white labelling β those are controlled by the Custom Domain feature.
