Available on all plans.

Campaigns let you group related QR codes together under a single named collection. This makes it easy to manage all codes for a project, event, or promotion from one place.

Creating a campaign

From the dashboard sidebar, click Campaigns β†’ New Campaign. Give it a name (e.g. 'Summer Sale 2025' or 'Trade Show β€” March'). Once created, it appears in the campaign dropdown when creating or editing QR codes.

Assigning QR codes to campaigns

When creating a QR code, select the campaign from the dropdown. You can also edit existing QR codes to assign them to a campaign. A QR code can belong to one campaign at a time.

Campaign analytics

The campaign view shows the total scan count across all QR codes in the campaign, helping you evaluate the overall performance of a campaign at a glance. Click individual QR codes for detailed per-code analytics.

Filtering the dashboard by campaign

Use the campaign filter in the QR code list to show only codes belonging to a specific campaign. This is useful when managing many codes across multiple campaigns.
