Sub-accounts and the reseller workspace model allow agencies and multi-brand enterprises to create and manage separate, isolated client workspaces under one master account.

What reseller workspaces provide

Each client or business unit gets their own isolated organisation with their own QR codes, team members, analytics, and branding. From the master account, you can view all child organisations, switch into any of them to manage on behalf of a client, and see aggregated metrics across all workspaces.

Creating a child organisation

From the master account dashboard, go to Reseller → New Client Workspace. Enter the client name and optionally their branding configuration. The workspace is created immediately. You can then invite the client's team members or manage it entirely yourself.

Switching into a client workspace

The organisation switcher shows your master account and all child organisations in a hierarchical list. Click any child org to switch into it — you see that organisation's dashboard with their QR codes, analytics, and team. Switch back to your master account at any time.

Billing for resellers

By default, all child organisations' usage is billed to the master Enterprise account. For agencies that want to bill clients separately, Stirling-QR can enable per-workspace Stripe billing — contact our support team to configure this.
