Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the pricing page or your billing settings. Stripe handles proration automatically.
How does annual billing work?: Annual plans are charged once per year and give you roughly 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You can switch at any time; unused months are prorated.
What payment methods are accepted?: Stripe Checkout supports all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a range of local payment methods depending on your country.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?: Existing QR codes continue to work. If you exceed the new plan's limit, you won't be able to create new ones until you're below the limit or upgrade again.
Is my data secure?: HTTPS everywhere, Supabase with row-level security, and Stripe for payments. Your card data never touches our servers.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?: We offer a permanent Free tier so you can evaluate the platform with no time limit. Paid plan trials can be arranged — contact support.
What is your refund policy?: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any paid plan, including annual subscriptions. Please use the Free tier to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
