Stirling-QR will connect directly to Canva, HubSpot, and Google Sheets — letting you export QR codes into your designs, sync scan data to your CRM, and stream scan events to a spreadsheet in real time.

Canva Integration

Export any QR code directly into Canva as a design element — without downloading and re-uploading a file. From the QR code export menu, click 'Open in Canva'. The QR code image is loaded directly into a new or existing Canva design. Requires connecting your Canva account from Settings → Integrations.

HubSpot CRM Integration

Connect your HubSpot account to log QR code scans as timeline events on matching contact records. If a known HubSpot contact (identified by a tracked link or form submission) scans your QR code, the scan is recorded on their contact timeline in HubSpot — giving your sales and marketing teams real engagement data.

Google Sheets Integration

Connect a Google Sheet and every scan of your QR code is automatically appended as a new row — in real time. Columns include timestamp, QR code name, country, city, device, browser, and OS. Ideal for custom reporting, dashboards in Looker Studio, or sharing scan data with stakeholders who prefer spreadsheets.

Setting up integrations

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations. Each integration has a 'Connect' button that initiates an OAuth2 flow with the respective service. Once connected, configure which QR codes or organisations the integration applies to.
