Audit Logs

Complete activity trail β€” who did what, when, across your entire workspace.
Business+Coming Soon

Coming soon β€” Business (basic) and Enterprise (full with IP and diff data) plans.

Audit logs provide a complete, tamper-evident record of every significant action taken in your organisation β€” who created, updated, or deleted what, when, and from which IP address.

What is logged

QR code created, updated, deleted, paused, or resumed. Campaign created, renamed, or deleted. Team member invited, accepted, role changed, or removed. API key created or revoked. Plan upgraded or downgraded. Custom domain added or removed. SSO configured or toggled. Billing information updated.

Viewing audit logs

Go to Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Audit Log. The log is paginated in reverse chronological order. Filter by date range, user, action type, or resource type. Each entry shows the user's name and email, the action taken, the resource affected, the timestamp, and (on Enterprise) the IP address.

Before and after values

On Enterprise plan, update events include a diff of what changed β€” showing the previous value and the new value side by side. This makes it easy to see exactly what was modified in a QR code update, for example a destination URL change.

Retention

Business plan: 90-day audit log retention. Enterprise plan: unlimited retention. Logs can be exported to CSV or streamed to your SIEM via webhook for compliance purposes.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tips

  • Audit logs are essential for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Set up log streaming to your SIEM as part of your compliance programme.
